I'm seeing life increasingly through a lens of my contribution toward goodness, life, and grace and then my efforts that take away from these things. I'm only one life, just like any of us. And I want my life to be given toward positive contributions of the whole. That's the way of Jesus of Nazareth, whom I'm patterning my life after. So it seems to me that being a citizen of the whole is a choice that you can't assume. And it's the path I've chosen to follow.

The Squirrels were out that day

We took the kids to the arboretum at Golden Gate Park earlier this week. They love going there, mostly because the squirrels are so friendly. Conor says he likes feeding the "Squirdles". It was a typically foggy SF day, so we bundled up and enjoyed the picturesque scenery. Urban parks are some of the most beautiful parks in the world. It seems especially important to get out and enjoy creation in our day. I just enjoy getting off my fanny and soaking in the wonder. I get as excited as my children.

Hey Dave, I pray that God blesses your family today and that His grace and mercy will be evident throughout this day for you and your family. In Christ, Tony
